  Everyone was friendly. However I only saw the dentist at the beginning of my appointment and he didn’t come see me after my appointment. The hygienist only cleaned half of my mouth. I didn’t even receive a polish. An hour was spent on taking pictures. From my 25 years of experience of seeing a dentist I have never spent an hour taking photos. My appointment was an hour and a half and only 20 min was spent cleaning half of my mouth. Usually you receive a toothbrush some floss etc at the end of your appointment and I didn’t get any of that. I can’t rate the dentist because I barely saw him I can only rate the experience. I mentioned several times that I have a six month old infant and It’s very difficult for me to find someone to watch her. I had my mother take the morning off so I could get a cleaning and was told I would have to come back for the other half of my mouth. I Also had to remind the hygenist that my jewelry needed to be removed prior to my x-Ray. I don’t fault her for that because it’s easy to forget. I am not new to dental care and I was able to correct this but those who are new would not have known. It was hard enough to come out this time. And there will definitely not be a next time. I only left my old dentist because I moved cities but would rather travel an hour away for a better experience. I think it’s important to tell the patient of the entire procedure and the expectations prior to entering the appointment. I believe that maybe I would have been more understanding if I was fully informed of the process.

  It took me a long time to find a Dentist who cares and makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. Dr.Singer and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have to wait for long periods before being seated and any treatment is explained thoroughly before started so that there are no surprises. Great experience! I have referred friends to him and I will continue to tell anyone interested in having quality care...

  Amazing Doctor and staff. Never felt more comfortable at a Dentist's appointment. And the staff are super helpful and never in a rush to get you out the door. I would absolutely recommend this place.
