  Painless and Friendly Service. First time at Sight N' Steps I came in to get my contact lenses, handed over my prescription and type of contact lenses, handed over my insurance card and in two and a half minutes my contact lenses were ordered, they billed my insurance directly, I did not have to pay, and they even gave me a free lens cleaning kit. Kudos Sight N' Steps!! Great Job!!

  VERY LOW quality lenses. They said they will allow refunds in 1 week and they can replace lenses up to one year.. All lies. They did not even offer to redo the lenses. I am stuck with $ 500 glasses that are staying in their new case. I am using my old pairs now.

  I bought a pair of glasses from this store and the coating was scratched off on the second day. I have never had this problem in all the 20 years I have been wearing glasses. I could instantly tell that the quality of the lenses were cheaply made. Mind you, they were not cheap by any means. Stay away. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
