  Terrible waiting time if you come as a walk-in patients. 3 hours and half before my name was called , most patients came after me was called and was wondering what's happening. Good luck checking here.

  I have been to this place about 5 times now. My first experience was really good. I saw the doctor in 15 mins. The doctor I saw was extremely professional and she heard what I had to say and gave me the right medicine. The second time I went I was told that the walk-in has been cancelled for the morning and I should come back at 4:00 pm. I thought it was odd that the walk-in would be just cancelled. I went back at 4:00 pm and waited for about an hour to see the doctor. I saw Dr. Lam who is a good physician. He called me back when the blood results came. He was aware that I don't have a family doctor so he took the notes. He also called me back when my tests results came and changed my prescription. I came to the clinic at 11:38 to be told to come at 1:00 pm as the walk-in was closed now because they close for lunch from 12 to 1! I was told they are open till 8:00 pm for the walk-in clinic. I came back at 6:30 pm and was told that they are closing early today as the doctor has to leave early. I came early the next day and waited for 2 hours. There were patients let in who came after me (and not all of them have appointments). It seemed if they have good relationship with the doctor they would let him in or if they knew the doctor or the nurse. There doesn't seem Since I do not have a family doctor I cannot get an appointment. Every time I come in (except the first day) I have waited for more than an hour. They cancel walk-in at a whim and do not accept patients. I really do not understand what happens. The clinic's website and the he front door says they are accepting patients. They are not. There is a "waiting list" which is allegedly more than a year old so no one is moving on the list. In summary: The two doctors I have seen have been good. However, the management of the clinic is horrible. The wait time is unacceptable. They cancel walk-in at a whim. They also need to up their website.
