- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give zero stars I would. This hospital is a disgrace and the emergency department is a nightmare. I took a friend through emergency who had a serious medical situation: she had brain surgery two weeks prior and had intense bruising and swelling up and down her leg - I feared a blood clot. Once in emergency we had to stand in a line BEFORE being allowed to even see or speak to the Triage nurse! Ummmm, doesn't this defeat the purpose of Triage care? People were being seen by the Triage nurse in the order in which they arrived - NOT - by medical urgency! While waiting to see the triage nurse a woman brought her husband in whom she feared was having a stroke ... she went to the front of the Triage line in order to express her fears to the triage nurse but was told to go back and wait in line ..... I wanted to throw up - I simply couldn't believe my eyes or ears. Disgraceful. Scary. Incompetent. There aren't enough words. Stay away from this hospital. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Months ago I had gone to the ER and had a terrible experience leaving the hospital a 1 star review. Since then I have been back in the ER twice and nothing had changed. The nurses there were completely uninterested in helping patients and would spend time chatting amongst themselves instead of doing patient intake in triage. With that said, the doctor's, technicians and nurses in the other wings of the hospital have been nothing but friendly and accommodating and they keep to schedule which is why I am revising my review to 3 star.by Tracy TaAugust 05, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This hospital needs more staff, less wait times, MDs who actually know what they are talking about. They tried to give me Tylenol for pneumonia. The wait times are super ridiculous... 6hours and I'm just getting to the second waiting room. The emergency department is a joke. Triage nurses act like you pissed in their coffee.
