  I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my husband's personal income tax return done. Mike cancelled the appointment the day of and I have heard nothing since after repeated emails and a phone call. Not very good customer service.

  Nervous using a new accountant, in a completely new country I set up an appointment wit A Big Return on a referral. I am so glad i did! They are awealth of tax code knowledge and great on working with the individual businessman. As well as a relaxing atmosphere to ease what ever nerves i did have. Thus, the process became painless.   I was searching online for tax places nearby and decided to try this one out, this place is actually amazing and Mike is fantastic. Extremely nice guy and very knowledgable plus gives great tips on saving money throughout the year and you do not feel like just a number here like how you do at most tax places. The office atmosphere is very nice and all the people working there were great. Was looking for a tax place we could come to every year as a regular so I'm glad we decided to come here. Definitely nothing like previous tax experiences. :D
